Godly Play on Sundays

During our 9am Sunday service, the children have their own worship in Godly Play style. We tell a story using simple props. The children are encouraged to wonder about the story in a way that makes sense to them and their lives. They can then choose to paint, model or write something to help them make the story their own. Then we rejoin the adult congregation for a blessing.

Children old enough to listen to a short story are welcome to join us.

Pebbles Playgroup

Pebbles playgroup is for 0-4 year-olds and their grown-ups. We meet at St Peter’s Church on Thursdays from 10am to 12pm (in termtime). Pebbles is free, although you are welcome to make a donation.

Lunch Crewe

During school holidays we often open for children’s activities. Children of any age can have a free packed lunch, either to eat in church after the activities or to take away. We announce the details of our holiday activities on our Facebook page.

The Rainbows

Rainbows learn by doing – they get their hands dirty, do sports, arts and crafts and play games. Being a Rainbow is all about having the space to try new things. Through taking part in a range of different activities with girls their own age, Rainbows develop self-confidence and make lots of new friends.

Rainbows is for girls aged 5 to 7.  The St Peter’s group meets on Tuesdays from 5 to 6pm at the St Peter’s Church Hall, Vincent Street.  Contact Sue Warren for more information on 01270 581442 or 07960 995365.

The Brownies

Girls in Brownies have incredible experiences together, make brilliant friends and discover the world around them. Every time they meet up, groups of Brownies learn new skills and take on challenges as they work out what they want to be and do in the future.

Brownies is for girls aged 7 to 10.  The St Peter’s group meets on Tuesdays from 6.30 to 8pm at St Peter’s Church Hall, Vincent Street.  Contact Emma Warren for more information on 01270 581442 or 07960 125773.
